DR. GÜNTER SCHRÖDER started working in the field of Intellectual Property in 1994. He advises and represents his clients in all areas of patent, utility model, trademark and design law as well as employee’s invention law. Thanks to his long professional experience in Japanese, German and international law firms, he has a very high level of expertise in all chemical and related technical fields, in particular extensive experience in prosecution, opposition and appeal proceedings of European and German patents (DPMA, EPA, BPatG). Further focal points are: opinions on legal validity and infringement of industrial property rights, preparation of patent applications, patent portfolio management, IP due diligence as well as conducting research on the state of the art.
